The story...

     Returning customer Alexey K. of Moscow, Russia, desired an extremely light action and light weight, packable, fly-to-baitcaster conversion built upon a Winston 3pc. fly blank.  He meticulously accounted for his preferences where the grip was concerned., however, the rest of the build was placed in my hands with comment,"...to build him something special and along the lines of the sophistication of the inland trout rod that I had provided previously..."  I was given a generous timeline and the results are below.

Build Review:

 

     I'm looking forward to the full repot of how much Alexey likes this latest build.  Look for a future build that for now is known only as a "classic spinning" motif.

 

 

 

With this rod, the adventure ends, but another awaits my attention....
